New Tracks Account System and Processes IT is rolling out a new identity management system to replace the current Tracks system. This system will make it easier to provision new Tracks accounts and provide more self-service management options for all users. Current Tracks account holders will use the new system for password changes and username recovery. New Tracks account holders will follow an improved process to claim their account. Campus Network Infrastructure Upgrades A multi-year project to upgrade the campus network infrastructure is underway. Upgrades include additional wireless access points in Olin Engineering, Olin Physical Sciences, Skurla, and Panther Dining Hall; new outdoor wireless access points; and outdoor fiber underlay to support our wireless and wired network-connected campus.
